Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Lead and manage the warehouse team, ensuring manpower is effectively allocated and daily tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement and warehouse records, and investigate any discrepancies.
- Coordinate loading and unloading activities and ensure goods are handled and stored properly.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised and compliant with workplace safety requirements.
- Train and guide warehouse staff on SOPs, safety procedures and proper handling of goods.
- Operate forklift and assist with material movement within the warehouse when required.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and delivery teams to ensure smooth warehouse and logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Experience in leading and supervising warehouse staff.
- Possess a valid Forklift Licence and able to operate a forklift safely.
- Experience operating Reach Truck is an advantage.
- Able to handle receiving, picking, packing, loading, unloading, and stock management.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work overtime when required.
