Your Role
We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflow across the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch)
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse assistants and forklift operators
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock movement
• Conduct regular stock checks and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Coordinate with internal teams and transport providers for timely deliveries
• Improve workflow efficiency and productivity
Requirements
• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiar with inventory systems and warehouse processes
• Forklift license is an added advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
