What tasks await you?
- Planning, organizing, managing and controlling warehouse work processes;
- Ensuring the safe working conditions of the warehouse and its employees, monitoring, observing and enforcing health and safety rules;
- Monitoring the delivery plan and the delivery of finished products and investigating any problems that may arise;
- Monitoring and optimizing delivery times, delivery costs and efficiency;
- Support JIT raw material supply in relation to the production plan;
- Overseeing inventory management processes, ensuring accurate stock levels;
- Organizing the supply of raw materials and logistics processes related to production;
- Preparing reports for management;
- Transferring company culture to subordinate colleagues;
- Ensure proper allocation of subordinates and control of OT system;
- Continuous efforts to improve the functions and efficiency of logistics processes and systems.
You are the perfect candidate if you:
- Have a higher education qualification;
- Have knowledge of supply chain, production, warehouse management, and logistics;
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role;
- Have 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Have basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems;
- Are fluent in Hungarian and have a good command of English;
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills.
It’s an advantage if you have the following:
- Have a degree in Management or a related field;
- Have experience working on greenfield investment projects.
