They act as a bridge between staff and management, ensuring company policies are followed and targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of team members Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Handle employee issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions Monitor productivity and prepare performance reports Ensure dispatch standards and deadlines are met Communicate updates and feedback to warehouse manager Assist in scheduling shifts and managing attendance Maintain inventory, resources, or workflow Required Skills:- Leadership and team management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Time management and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure Basic computer and reporting skills Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree completed or currently pursuing preferred Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role Freshers can also apply Compensation: Up to 24,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location: In person .
