Warehouse Supervisor

We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Warehouse Supervisor within our Elkhart, IN facility.

General Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary owner for inventory across facilities, including inventory accuracy, cycle counting, replenishment, and KPI/data integrity.
  • Leads continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing inefficiencies, improving service levels, and driving sustainable process standardization.
  • Owns project management responsibilities including scope definition, tracking progress, and ensuring execution of key initiatives.
  • Analyzes data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions across processes.
  • Ensures accountability and follow-through on open action items, process gaps, and performance issues.
  • Supports growth in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer channels with focus on performance.
  • Provides supervisory coverage across functional areas as needed

The ideal candidate for this role will bring demonstrated success in Warehouse and/or Distribution as well as having acquired the following qualifications and experiences.

  • Strong experience in inventory control, including cycle counting, slotting, replenishment, and multi-site inventory management
  • Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and deliver measurable results in areas such as inventory accuracy, cost reduction, and service levels
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority
  • Solid project management experience, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and drive execution to completion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions
  • Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (BPCS preferred), with a focus on process and system improvements
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including coaching, accountability, and driving performance across teams
  • Ability to balance day-to-day operational execution with longer-term process improvement and strategic initiatives
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, progress, and recommendations to leadership
  • Experience leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and standards
  • Understanding of the financial impact of operational decisions, including inventory accuracy, freight cost, and process efficiency
  • Demonstrated potential to grow into broader operational leadership roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
  • 5+ years of experience in distribution, warehousing, or logistics operations required
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Other duties as assigned

This position works onsite at our Elkhart, IN facility.
