Manage inventory aging & stocks delivery plan.
Assist cross department with any queries or requests.
Daily route plan, arrangement, pulling & manifest preparation.
Assist special truck arrangements for new store/Concourse/Refit/Drop or Closer
Communicate between Store and RSOM/ASOM.
IST and Manifest monitoring.
Daily Truck fulfillment & Operation Report update.
Update weekly truck fulfillment summary report.
Assist presentation for the weekly loading report
Weekly space usage review and planning.
Assist in material control usage for the Loading team.
Assist on ad-hoc reports/ tasks required.
Prepare to assist others department when needed.
Actively involved in all events preparation and coordination for DC.
Work in collaboration with other Departments in supporting their activities that impact company KPIs.

Requirements/Qualifications & Skills:

At least 2-3 years working experience in Warehouse/Distribution Centre environment.
Possess a SPM or Certificate or Diploma in Transportation Management.
Able to work on shift rotations
Able to work on different off days and Public Holidays
