Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics)
Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, and manage a team of 20 staff in a logistics provider.
- Job delegation on day-to-day operations based on the attendance and volume or respective customers.
- Responsible to liaise with customer service department to arrange all inbound/outbound activities within deadline.
- Conduct daily spot checks on documentation, warehouse operation process, warehouse surrounding.
- Perform operational training to team members.
- Maintained records for all operational documents.
- Managed team attendance records and verified vendor invoices.
- Managed purchase requisition and system updates.
- Overtime management for team members.
Job Requirements
- with 3 – 5 years’ experience as a warehouse supervisor under any global Logistic Service Provider.
- Required to have forklift license and able to drive forklift and reach truck.
- Able to speak, read and write English for drafting operational reports.
- Basic PC skills and experience to handle warehouse management systems.
- Experienced to handle staff members of 20 headcounts.
- Required to work 5 days and required to perform overtime as requested.
