Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage warehouse and drumming operators to perform safe and efficient operations
- Plan and execute daily warehouse and drumming activities to maintain smooth workflow and high productivity
- Manage inventory processes including cycle counts to ensure accuracy and availability of stock
- Maintain storage and office areas to meet organizational standards for safety and cleanliness
- Document work instructions and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor and improve inventory management and productivity accuracy through effective oversight
