Warehouse Supervisor - Maules Creek

About the Role
Whitehaven Coal is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Maules Creek Mine. This is a key leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective management of warehousing and inventory functions across site. You will play a critical role in ensuring materials availability, inventory accuracy, and supply chain reliability to support our mining operations.

This position involves working a 9 day-fortnight, with relocation and temporary accommodation options available.
What You'll Do:

Lead and develop warehouse and inventory teams to deliver safe, efficient operations
Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control, cycle counts and reconciliations
Ensure materials are available to support maintenance and operational requirements
Drive continuous improvement and implement effective warehousing processes and standards
Maintain systems, governance and reporting to optimise inventory performance and costs

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in a warehouse, inventory, or supply chain leadership role (mining or heavy industry preferred)
Demonstrated experience managing warehousing teams in mining, heavy industry, or a similar regulated environment.
Demonstrated leadership capability with experience building and leading high-performing teams
Proficiency in inventory and materials systems (e.g. Pulse MM or SAP).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset
