What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, supervise approximately 10 warehouse associates, and ensure efficient receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory operations. You'll play an important role in maintaining productivity, accuracy, and a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Lead, motivate, and provide daily direction to a team of approximately 10 warehouse associates.
• Coordinate employee schedules, assign daily tasks, and monitor workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.
• Lead weekly inventory cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure inventory accuracy and product integrity.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Identify, investigate, and coordinate the correction of receiving, picking, and inventory discrepancies.
• Support process improvements that increase operational efficiency, quality, and accuracy.
• Ensure employees have the necessary tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to perform their jobs safely.
• Promote compliance with warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free workplace.
• Identify equipment maintenance and repair needs and communicate them to the Warehouse Manager.
• Provide hands-on warehouse support and perform operational duties as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to resolve daily challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives.
