Warehouse Supervisor – Rotating Night Shift

Warehouse Supervisor – Rotating Night Shift
Shift: Rotating Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, storage, material handling, and inventory accuracy. This position manages warehouse resources, supports production operations, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations during the night shift, including receiving, shipping, storage, and distribution.

Plan and manage warehouse personnel, equipment, and operational resources to meet department objectives.

Ensure inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse and production floor.

Oversee inventory control activities, cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and COGI error resolution.

Maintain the integrity and proper handling of materials and finished goods.

Monitor warehouse safety conditions and report potential hazards, including equipment issues, spills, and storage risks.

Support department budget management and efficient use of resources.

Lead and support warehouse teams in achieving department and site performance goals.

Promote 5S practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop, review, and improve warehouse processes and train employees on established procedures.

Coordinate with Supply Chain, Planning, Production, and other departments to support operational needs.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer audit requirements.

Education:

University degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Statistics.

Specific Knowledge:

5+ years of experience in logistics supervision, production control, and people management.

Extensive hands-on SAP experience required, including warehouse operations, inventory management, material movements, and inventory transactions.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience required.

Forklift experience and certification required, including Reach Truck, Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), and Loader.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.

Knowledge of warehouse operations, receiving, shipping, distribution, and inventory control.

Proficiency with ERP, MRP, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution.

Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and 5S.
