Operations & Performance Management

1. Achieve warehouse performance objectives by establishing on-the-floor operation excellence and daily management methods.

2. Define cost saving, productivity, and service level improvement opportunities; measure performance, analyse opportunities, improve and control performance.

3. Constantly aim to reach the ultimate goal of outstanding customer satisfaction, speed up inbound-to-outbound cycle time, and eliminate errors.

Process & Policy Management

1. Maintain receiving, warehousing, and outbound operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

Stakeholder Communication

1. Communicate closely with internal and external warehouse customers; report to management and group internal stakeholders.

Team Building & People Management

1. Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

2. Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Requirements

Education

1. Majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields are preferred.

Experience

1. At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management; those with overseas warehouse management experience are preferred.

Language

1. Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively with overseas customers and teams.

Skills

1. Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related software, with good data analysis and problem-solving skills.
