Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff in daily operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Plan and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control and record-keeping
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory audits
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods to prevent damage or loss
- Coordinate with logistics teams, drivers, and suppliers for timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Prepare and review logistics documentation (delivery orders, invoices, reports)
- Identify operational issues and implement improvements for efficiency
- Train and guide new warehouse staff and monitor performance
- Handle basic troubleshooting of warehouse operations and escalate issues when required
