Warehouse Supervisor - SFPO03001

Lead the team, strengthen inventory accuracy, and keep materials moving. Our Grain & Protein Technologies team is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, perform key inventory coordination responsibilities, support production flow, and develop an accountable, cross-trained team.
You'll oversee receiving, storage, material handling, cycle counting, inventory validation, and ERP/MRP reporting while supervising Material Handlers and partnering with Production, Finance, Materials, and other departments. You'll investigate inventory variances, coordinate corrective actions, and help improve warehouse processes, including future implementation of a barcode system. Shipping is not a primary responsibility, but you'll maintain cross-training so the team can cover employee absences and support shipping as necessary.
