Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee receiving, inspection, and recording of raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring accurate documentation and lots control.
Manage the timely transfer of raw materials to the production floor and the intake of Work in Progress (WIP) and Finished Goods (FG).
Coordinate the storage, picking, and shipping of finished goods to customers, aiming for 100% accuracy in order fulfilment.
Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and root cause analysis of discrepancies.
Enforce FIFO(First In, First Out) for raw materials and finished goods to minimize waste.
Lead, train, and mentor warehouse members to achieve daily productivity goals.
Enforce all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations, including safe forklift operation and PPE usage.
Perform daily inspections of the warehouse and material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks), reporting maintenance needs.
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information and preparing any necessary documentations.
Supervise loading and unloading operations.
Communication and coordinating with other department and customers.
Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time/when required.

Requirements:

Higher Nitec / Diploma in Logistics and Warehouse Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Lead in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong inventory management practices.
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Able to commit occasional overtime

Working Day : Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5pm)
