Warehouse Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee receiving, inspection, and recording of raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring accurate documentation and lots control.
- Manage the timely transfer of raw materials to the production floor and the intake of Work in Progress (WIP) and Finished Goods (FG).
- Coordinate the storage, picking, and shipping of finished goods to customers, aiming for 100% accuracy in order fulfilment.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and root cause analysis of discrepancies.
- Enforce FIFO(First In, First Out) for raw materials and finished goods to minimize waste.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Enforce all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations, including safe forklift operation and PPE usage.
- Perform daily inspections of the warehouse and material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks), reporting maintenance needs.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information and preparing any necessary documentations.
- Supervise loading and unloading operations.
- Communication and coordinating with other department and customers.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time/when required.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec / Diploma in Logistics and Warehouse Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Lead in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong inventory management practices.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to commit occasional overtime
Working Day : Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5pm)
