he Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the efficient flow of goods, services, and information from the point of origin to meet customer requirements and internal business objectives. This role involves creating integrated processes across internal functions such as operations, purchasing, and logistics, while coordinating with external suppliers. The Warehouse Supervisor also drives continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow through production processes and establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to monitor and improve supply chain performance against business goals.

Your main tasks

  • Supervising warehouse staff and daily warehouse activities.

  • Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.

  • Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

  • Verifying orders, invoices, received items, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

  • Maintaining records, preparing necessary documentation, and reporting relevant information.

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining basic maintenance standards.

  • Conducting daily warehouse inspections.

  • Leading inventory management activities within the warehouse.

  • Coordinating and maintaining warehouse equipment and fleet operations.

  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments and external customers.

  • Ensuring on-time delivery service for all internal and external customers.

  • Ensuring the availability and ordering of required warehouse supplies, consumables, and equipment.

  • Monitoring KPIs against defined targets and implementing corrective actions in case of deviations.

Your ideal background

  • Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar management role.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams while demonstrating initiative and a results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to demonstrate TE Connectivity’s core values and consistently act in an ethical and respectful manner.
