✨Job Description

We are seeking a capable and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor / Section Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and drive operational excellence.

This role is responsible for managing inventory, supervising a team, and ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and movement of goods across inbound and outbound processes.

⏰ Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 9am - 5:30pm
Alternate Sat: 9am - 1pm

📍Location:
Jurong, West side

Up to $2800/month

💼Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the warehouse operations team in ensuring smooth operations and fulfilling customer's satisfaction levels
• Oversee daily operations including receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of goods
• Plan and allocate manpower resources effectively, taking cost efficiency into consideration
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff and new hires
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and procedures
• Promote a positive work environment, supporting both physical and mental well-being of team members
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and recommend areas for improvement
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

👀 Requirements

✔️ Singaporeans & PRs only
✔️Min 2 years experience in team leadership or exposure to supervisory responsibilities
✔️Experience in Warehouse Operations is highly advantageous
✔️ Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
✔️ License in Forklift is required
✔️ Responsible and able to work in a team environment
