Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader | Up to $3,850 | West | 12-Hour Rotating Shift

📍 Location: West Region, Joo Koon
💰 Salary: Up to $3,850/month
🕒 Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts

• Day: 8.00am – 8.00pm

• Night: 8.00pm – 8.00am
  📅 Work Schedule: 5 days/week on a rotating roster
  🎓 Requirement: Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management

Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to supervise warehouse operations, manage shift manpower, and ensure smooth execution of daily logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates during assigned shifts.

• Allocate manpower and tasks to optimise workflow, productivity, and operational efficiency.

• Monitor daily operations against KPIs and SLAs, escalating issues where required.

• Oversee goods receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, dispatch, and loading activities.

• Act as the key escalation point for operational issues during the shift.

• Support cycle counts, stock takes, and discrepancy investigations with the Inventory team.

• Ensure proper controls to minimise stock loss, misplacement, and transaction errors.

• Verify accuracy of warehouse documentation, including GRN, ASN, DO, and pick lists.

• Plan and manage shift manpower according to workload and peak periods.

• Train new and existing team members on SOPs, WMS usage, and workplace safety.

• Monitor team attendance, discipline, and performance on the warehouse floor.

• Ensure proper availability and utilisation of warehouse equipment, including RF scanners, MHE, and printers.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in warehouse / logistics operations, preferably in a high-volume environment.

• Prior experience in team leadership or shift supervision is preferred.

• Good knowledge of warehouse processes, WMS, inventory control, and documentation.

• Strong manpower planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating day and night shifts.
