Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment in line with operational targets and service standards.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and proper documentation.
Plan manpower, assign workloads, prepare schedules, and coordinate staff and contractors across shifts.
Train, coach, and guide warehouse employees while supporting performance improvement.
Enforce workplace safety, quality, security, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate servicing or repairs when required.
Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Prepare regular reports on inventory, throughput, attendance, and operational performance.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements
Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, workload planning, and performance management.
Proficiency in shipping & receiving processes and material handling within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Experience with inventory control, including stock accuracy, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
Safe and certified forklift operation and familiarity with other warehouse equipment.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), basic data entry, and reporting tools.
Understanding of safety regulations, workplace health and safety practices, and compliance standards.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and shifts.
Prior experience in logistics, eCommerce fulfillment, or distribution centers is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Singapore and handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.
Relevant diploma or certification in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field is an advantage.
Remuneration Package
Basic salary — Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident: S$1,900 during probation; S$2,100 upon confirmation.
Basic salary — Foreign Worker (Work Permit): S$1,700 during probation; S$1,900 upon confirmation.
Supervisor allowance: S$15 per working day, approximately S$300–S$390 per month.
Shift allowance: S$8 per working day, approximately S$160–S$208 per month.
Transport allowance: S$10 per working day, approximately S$200–S$260 per month.
Forklift allowance: S$4.25 per working day, approximately S$85–S$110.50 per month.
Performance incentive: Up to S$150 per month, subject to performance appraisal.
Attendance incentive: Up to S$150 per month for a good attendance record with no lateness or absence.
Meal allowance: S$10 when overtime exceeds two hours.
Tenure allowance: Available after the first, second, and third years of employment, ranging from S$150 to S$500 per month.

Working Hours
5.5-day work week
Monday to Friday: 4:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
Saturday: 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Rest days: Sundays and public holidays.
