Responsibilities:

Develop and implement efficient routing strategies for deliveries to minimize costs and improve delivery times.
Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to routing, delivery times, and operational efficiency; implement corrective actions as needed.
Utilize data analytics tools to assess routing effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment for all employees.
Work closely with Loading operation (PIC) to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues.
Address and resolve operational challenges related to routing and deliveries in a timely manner.
Prepare and present regular reports on routing performance, operational efficiency, and team productivity to upper management.
