Full Time | First Shift | 4 (10) Hour Shifts
Work Schedule: Friday - Monday 4:30AM - 3:00PM

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the warehouse (and cooler, freezer area) while leading receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory transactions to ensure order accuracy.
A Sample of the Role:
- Help lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations
- Pick, stage, and load customer orders
- Support receiving, inventory, and cycle counting
- Operate forklifts, walk riders, and pallet jacks
- Train and support warehouse team members
- Coordinate with Sales and drivers on orders, deliveries, and returns
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse
- Work in warehouse, cooler, and freezer environments
Your Natural Ingredients to Win:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Forklift experience
- Leadership or lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable giving direction and training others
- Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work in cooler and freezer environments
- A dependable, team-first approach and willingness to jump in where needed
