Warehouse Team Lead

Position: Warehouse Team Lead
Salary: up to $3000 + OT
Working Day: 5.5 Days (alt sat)
Working Hour: Mon-Fri: 9pm-5.30pm | Alt Sat: 9am-1pm
Working Location: Toh Guan Road

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct a departmental section tomeet organizational objectives in terms of customer satisfaction.
• Take on leadership roles in projects aimed atimprovement
• Communicate with the client to addressoperational problems.
• Assist new hires and junior employees inreaching warehouse operations goals.
• Verify that all incoming and departingoperations meet the Key Performance Indexes.
• Manpower planning to fulfil customer orderdemands while keeping costs in mind.
• Encourage and foster mental and physicalhealth at work.
• Assume responsibility for the section's safetyand educate the team about it.
• Monitoring employee performance and addressingperformance issues.
• Finding and fixing disparities in inventory.
• Putting process enhancements into practice tosimplify operations.
• Making sure safety rules and guidelines arefollowed.
• Reporting on warehouse performance andpinpointing areas in need of development.
• Carry out any other work-related tasks asdirected by superiors.
