Warehouse Team Lead
Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and driving results? Construction Forms is looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to help lead daily production operations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and support a high-performing team.
What You'll Do
- Lead by example in safety, quality, and productivity.
- Coach and develop team members for success.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools and problem-solving techniques.
- Partner with departments across the business to meet customer needs.
- Help ensure inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing leadership or lead experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to confidently navigate ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and production software.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or leadership training is a plus.
