⏰ Working Hours & Schedule

☀️ Fixed Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
🌙 Fixed Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

✅ Candidates can choose their preferred fixed day or night shift!
✅ 4-Day Work Week with structured roster

Shift Arrangements:

• Team A: Sunday – Tuesday + Alternate Wednesday

• Team B: Alternate Wednesday + Thursday – Saturday

📦 Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates during assigned shifts.

• Plan manpower allocation and delegate daily warehouse tasks.

• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure productivity targets are achieved.

• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing and staging operations.

• Conduct inventory checks, stock counts and discrepancy investigations.

• Ensure accurate warehouse documentation and inventory transactions.

• Train team members on warehouse procedures, WMS and workplace safety.

• Resolve operational issues and maintain smooth daily warehouse operations.

• Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and compliance with safety standards.

🎯 Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related disciplines.

• Valid forklift licence is required.

• Relevant warehouse or logistics operations experience.

• Prior team-leading or supervisory experience preferred.

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous.

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Able to commit to 12-hour shifts according to the assigned roster.
