What tasks await you?
- Handle warehouse-related documentation, system transactions, and document archiving for inbound and outbound goods;
- Ensure consistency between physical stock and system records, follow up on accounting exceptions;
- Support inventory activities together with shift leaders and warehouse managers;
- Communicate with drivers, outbound planning, MC, PRD, and warehouse shift leaders;
- Perform ADR checks for inbound and outbound shipments and handle ADR waste preparation;
- Maintain order, discipline, and 5S standards in the assigned area;
- Train and support new joiners;
- Support shift organization and reporting in the absence of the shift leader;
- Immediately report any deviations to the shift leader.
You are the perfect candidate if you:
- Have experience in warehouse or logistics operations;
- Work accurately, responsibly, and with a system-oriented mindset;
- Are confident in administrative and system-related tasks;
- Have good communication skills;
- Are willing to work in Debrecen in a multi-shift schedule.
It’s an advantage if you have the following:
- ADR-related knowledge or experience;
- SAP or warehouse management system experience;
- Experience in training or coordinating team members.
