Responsibilities
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and issuance of all packaging materials
- Ensure proper handling and storage conditions to prevent damage, contamination, or deterioration of materials
- Organize packaging materials for easy access and efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of packaging materials
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks
- Monitor stock movements and ensure proper recording in the system
- Supervise staff responsible for packaging materials handling and inventory
- Assign tasks related to receiving, issuing, and organizing materials
- Train team members on proper handling and inventory procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in handling warehouse inventory.
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in a team leader position minimum 2 years
- Willing to be assigned in Maguyam, Cavite.
