Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations in line with up-to-date procedures and standards
• Manage the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and parts to support production and internal customers
• Maintain precise and up-to-date inventory records to ensure reliable stock visibility
• Ensure strict compliance with internal regulations, as well as health, safety, and fire protection standards
• Prepare warehouse data and statistical reports accurately and on time to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with internal customers and cross-functional teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ERP system to ensure transparency and reliable reporting
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes
• Represent the company’s brand and values through a professional approach at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy when working with data and inventory
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow established processes
• Experience with ERP systems
• Basic understanding of health & safety regulations and warehouse standards
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
• Proactive, responsible, and hands-on approach to work
• Basic analytical skills and ability to work with reports and data
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility and reliability in a dynamic work environment
