Warehouse Team Leader

About Us:

Temu is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our team. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for talented individuals committed to helping us achieve our goals. Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse performance, quality, cost, and capacity.

• Monitor KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to delivery, customer experience, and operations.

• Lead daily operations and ensure smooth execution during peak periods (e.g. sales events).

• Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics providers.

• Ensure high standards in safety, quality, and operational excellence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher. Fluent in English.

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations is perferred

• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing small/medium size projects and delivering measurable results

• Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
