Warehouse Team Member

Every surgery depends on the right instruments arriving at the right place, on time. As a Warehouse Team Member, you’ll keep that happening. You’ll handle products, instruments, and equipment that surgical teams rely on, making sure every item is received, stored, and shipped with accuracy and care.

If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a fast-moving team, this is a role where your work directly supports patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Receive shipments: Inspect and store incoming materials, verifying accuracy and completeness.
• Fulfill orders: Pick, pack, and stage products and instruments for outbound shipments, surgical cases, and field deliveries.
• Keep inventory accurate: Perform regular cycle counts and keep system records up to date.
• Support kits and restocking: Assist with kit assembly, decontamination support, and restocking as needed.
• Prioritize safety: Follow safety procedures and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Work across teams: Coordinate with operations and field support to prioritize shipments and urgent requests.
• Uphold quality: Follow company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Improve the process: Contribute ideas and effort to make the warehouse more efficient and accurate.
• Pitch in: Take on other duties as needed to support daily operations and the team.
