Warehouse Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, stage, load, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Operate forklifts, platform lifts, and overhead cranes safely.
• Verify inventory, order quantities, and shipment documentation.
• Load trucks according to weight, size, and capacity requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections and repackage or repair loads as needed.
• Process shipping documents, packing slips, and bills of lading.
• Manage rack and cullet box returns.
• Track and update shipment status in company systems.
• Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Drive forklift, side loader, and platform lift.
• Overhead crane experience preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Basic computer and recordkeeping skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
