Warehouse Technician

We’re hiring a Warehouse Technician to help manage equipment prep, organization, inventory, and logistics support for upcoming events. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who’s organized, dependable, and likes working with professional AV gear.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
- Prep and stage equipment for events (audio, lighting, video, rigging, etc.)
- Check gear in/out accurately and report missing/damaged items
- Receive shipments, verify counts, and help manage returns
- Maintain inventory organization and labeling systems
- Assist with vehicle loading/unloading and basic warehouse logistics
- Communicate with production managers and crew leads to support job readiness
- Help track supplies, cables, cases, and consumables
- Support basic equipment maintenance and cable management
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years in warehouse, logistics, production, or AV support preferred
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, inventory systems)
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
