Warehouse Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES / 岗位职责

1. Asset inbound/outbound and closure registration: handle asset outbound, inbound, and closure registration at the IDC site and ensure process compliance. 职责一：资产出入库与结单登记；负责 IDC 机房现场资产出库、入库和结单登记工作，保障流程合规

2. Carry out internal data center asset inbound/outbound activities according to work orders and delivery standards. 根据工单需求开展机房内部资产出、入库工作，满足工单交付标准

3. Asset acceptance, shipping, and closure registration: conduct asset acceptance, shipping, and closure registration according to business needs and asset-management requirements. 职责二：资产验收、发货与结单登记；负责 IDC 机房现场资产的验收、发货和结单登记工作，满足业务需要并达到资产管理要求

4. Carry out asset acceptance and shipping according to work orders and delivery standards. 根据工单需求开展资产验收、发货工作，满足工单交付标准

5. Asset inventory and discrepancy management: conduct regular inventory of all on-site IT assets, including complete machines, components, and consumables; track discrepancy causes and support resolution. 职责三：资产盘点与差异管理；负责 IDC 机房定期的资产盘点工作，保障盘点结果真实有效；跟进反馈差异原因并配合完成差异处置；盘点范围包括机房现场全量 IT 资产（整机、配件、耗材）

6. Conduct on-site IT asset inventory according to work orders, report discrepancy causes, and support discrepancy resolution. 根据工单对机房现场 IT 资产进行盘点，反馈差异原因并配合完成差异处置

7. Asset warehouse management: manage the IDC asset warehouse, ensuring reasonable zoning, security controls, accurate physical-to-record matching, and strict implementation of internal requirements. 职责四：资产仓库管理；负责 IDC 机房的资产仓库管理，确保功能分区合理、安全防控到位、账实相符等要求严格落地

8. Ensure the IDC asset warehouse complies with internal management requirements. 保证 IDC 机房的资产库房符合内部管理相关要求

REQUIREMENTS / 能力要求

1. Full-time college diploma or above. 学历要求：全日制大专及以上

2. Science/engineering or logistics major. 专业要求：理工科、物流专业

3. At least 1 year of on-site IDC operations experience. 工作年限：1 年 IDC 现场运维经验

4. Familiar with common brands of data center servers, network equipment, optical modules, and optical fiber. 熟悉数据中心常见的各品牌服务器、常见的网络设备、光模块、光纤

5. Able to identify system, hardware, and network faults and solve problems flexibly. 能够对系统、硬件、网络的异常故障进行判断，善于变通解决问题

6. Clear speech, fluent expression, and logical communication. 沟通能力：口齿清晰、表达顺畅、逻辑清晰

7. Good cross-functional and team collaboration skills. 协作能力：具备较好的跨部门、团队协作能力

8. Team management experience is preferred. 管理能力：有管理团队经验者优先

9. Chinese language ability. 语言能力：中文
