Warehouse Technician
Join a Team That Builds More Than Events
At Salem Sports, we don't just move equipment—we create experiences. Behind every successful project is a warehouse team that keeps everything organized, prepared, and ready to execute.
We're looking for a Warehouse Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and wants more than just a job. This is an opportunity to join a company where reliability, teamwork, and personal ownership matter. If you're someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, and seeing the direct impact of your work, we'd love to meet you.
Whether your experience comes from warehouse operations, construction, manufacturing, logistics, skilled trades, athletics, or another hands-on environment, what matters most is your work ethic, attitude, and desire to contribute to a winning team.
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running efficiently by:
- Receiving, organizing, storing, and preparing inventory for upcoming projects and events.
- Loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently.
- Moving products and equipment between the warehouse, job sites, and event locations.
- Inspecting, cleaning, organizing, and restocking materials after projects.
- Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- Working closely with teammates to ensure projects are prepared accurately and on schedule.
- Identifying opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and warehouse processes.
- Supporting the Operations team with additional projects as business needs evolve.
Who You Are:
You’re someone who…
- Enjoys working as part of a team toward a common goal.
- Takes ownership of your work and follows through without needing constant direction.
- Is dependable, punctual, and ready to contribute every day.
- Communicates well and isn't afraid to ask questions, share ideas, or solve problems.
- Is highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems. You'll regularly work in platforms such as Monday.com, Box, and other internal software to track projects, inventory, and warehouse activities.
- Thinks strategically about organization, storage, and logistics—not just moving materials, but placing them in ways that improve efficiency, accessibility, and project readiness.
- Enjoys physical, hands-on work and takes pride in keeping an organized warehouse.
- Has a mindset of continuous improvement and is always looking for ways to make the operation more efficient.
- Previous warehouse, construction, manufacturing, logistics, event production, or similar experience is preferred, but we're willing to train someone who demonstrates the right attitude, work ethic, and potential.
