Wire Operations Specialist – Mayfield Village, OH
Mars Electric is hiring a Wire Operations Specialist for our Distribution Center. This is a skilled, production-focused role supporting large commercial and industrial projects across Northeast Ohio.

Schedule (NO WEEKENDS)
Monday–Friday | 9:00AM - 6:00PM
What You’ll Do
- Interpret work orders (wire type, gauge, reel size)
- Operate and troubleshoot wire cutting equipment
- Measure and cut wire to exact specifications
- Maintain 99%+ order accuracy
- Label, stage, and organize completed orders
- Monitor inventory and support continuous improvement
- Operate forklift equipment safely
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or skilled trades preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills
Preferred: Experience with automated equipment, wire products, or ERP systems
