About the role
From the Lleida delegation, we are selecting a WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT FOR SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT for an important company in the Lleida area.
What you'll do
- Prepare orders according to the manufacturing orders.
- Verify that the material matches the shipping documentation.
- Correctly identify, label, and pack the products.
- Prepare the necessary documentation (delivery notes, labels, etc...).
- Organize and maintain the finished product warehouse.
- Visually verify the material before its shipment.
- Communicate any incident detected before delivery.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Handle the material using the forklift and the overhead crane.
- Guarantee correct handling to avoid damage.
- Correctly secure loads before transport.
- Perform deliveries and collections using the company's own vehicle (<3,500 kg).
- Periodically check the condition of the vehicle.
- Maintain a professional attitude towards customers.
What we're looking for
- Minimum training: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO).
- Valid B driving license (essential).
- Forklift license (essential).
- Experience in shipping or industrial logistics.
- Experience driving commercial vehicles.
- Basic knowledge of industrial packaging.
- Basic interpretation of delivery notes and logistics documentation.
Nice to have
- Overhead crane training (valuable).
