What you'll do
Order preparation: Execution of picking tasks, guaranteeing precision in product selection.
Use of logistics technology: Regular use of radiofrequency devices (PDA) and voice picking systems (Picking Voice).
Machinery handling and placement: Operation of warehouse machinery and orderly placement of cargo in assigned areas.
Product verification: Quality control and inspection of goods prior to packaging or dispatch.
Workstation maintenance: Ensuring optimal conditions of order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area.
What we're looking for
Work experience: Approximately between 6 months and 1 year of experience in logistics and warehouse tasks (highly valued in order preparation/picking).
Means of transport: Availability of a personal vehicle or a guaranteed alternative that ensures attendance at the workplace in Banyeres del Penedès.
Personal skills: Ability to work in a team, dynamism, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
Technical competencies: Familiarity with digital warehouse tools (PDA / Voice). Previous experience with order picker machinery is valued (not exclusive, the company provides training).

How you'll work
Shift options: Vacancies available for part-time employment of 30 h/week.
Schedules and shifts: Weekly rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Saturday
Hiring and projection: Initial temporary contract for continuous coverage (until mid-January with subsequent 2-month renewals)
