Job Summary

The Warehouse Yard Coordinator isresponsible for managing and coordinating all vehicle movements within thewarehouse yard to ensure safe, efficient, and timely loading, unloading,parking, and dispatch operations. The role ensures compliance with safetyregulations, security requirements, and operational procedures whilemaintaining smooth traffic flow within the facility.

CoreResponsibilities

As ourWarehouse Yard Coordinator, you will take full ownership of our outdoor yardand traffic flow:

• Yard & Traffic Management: Coordinate all inbound/outbound container movements, direct drivers to designated bays, and minimize vehicle congestion and waiting times.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly enforce yard safety rules, ensure speed limits and pedestrian walkways are respected, and report any operational hazards.
• Documentation & Tech: Update our Yard Management System (YMS), verify driver IDs/delivery orders, and track daily vehicle turnaround KPIs.
• Security & Facility Monitoring: Conduct routine checks on container seals, manage unauthorized access with security teams, and report damages to dock levellers or barriers.

JobRequirements (Strictly Required)

We are lookingfor a specific professional profile. Please ensure you meet the followingcriteria before applying:

• Industry Experience: You must have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience specifically within a warehouse yard, container depot, distribution center, or logistics hub.
• Employment Stability: We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of stability. Frequent job changes or short-term stints will not be considered for this permanent role.
• Education: Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level, ITE, or Diploma.
• Skills: Strong communication skills to manage heavy-vehicle drivers, basic computer literacy (MS Office/WMS/YMS), and excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Work Condition Fit: Comfortable working in both an office and a fast-paced, outdoor yard environment under varying weather conditions. Willingness to work overtime/weekends if required by operations.

Work Arrangement: 5 days work week | Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.45pm
