Warehousing Manager

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations across two locations, Changi and Jurong. The ideal candidate should be experienced in warehouse operations, able to lead a team, and comfortable performing physical work when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack stocks accurately and efficiently.
• Perform loading and unloading of goods using a forklift.
• Conduct diligent checks on inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Be responsible for daily warehouse duties and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Coordinate workload and assign responsibilities to warehouse staff.
• Oversee warehouse operations across two locations, Changi and Jurong.
• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of approximately 10 to 15 warehouse assistants.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of goods.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of daily operational matters.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experience in leading or supervising a warehouse team.
• Able to operate a forklift.Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on warehouse work.
• Able to work independently and manage daily tasks responsibly.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to travel between Changi and Jurong when required.
