2 Perform diagnostics to identify faults on returned products

3 Assess warranty validity based on manufacturer policies

4 Conduct repairs, including component replacement and software updates

5 Test and verify functionality of repaired units

6 Accurately update job cards and system records with repair details

7 Process warranty claims in relevant systems or portals

8 Communicate job status updates to internal teams and stakeholders
