Short’s Marine is now hiring a Warranty Administrator!

The Warranty Administrator is responsible for accurately processing sales or service warranty claims as defined by each manufacturer.

Qualified individuals will:

Have excellent communication skills
Be able to learn all dealer and manufacturer software and systems
Maintain meticulous records
Establish and maintain a positive and effective working relationship with business parters, technicians, and management.
Act as customer advocate for all warranty issues
Manage all warranty parts
Follow assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision
Ability to work against tight deadlines
