Salary Range: $62,000 plus Incentive Program
The Warranty Manager will report to the Director of Maintenance and work with the warranty team to assist with the development of the Operations/Maintenance philosophy of Aim. This role will be responsible for all aspects of warranty recovery and revenue collection and will communicate direct reports as well as Original Equipment Manufacturer representatives, service managers, shop foreman and vendors.

- Manage all aspects of Warranty Operations: negotiate claims, receive information from the field regarding warrantable repairs to prepare claims for submission, complete purchasing surveys and audits, manage fleet wide recalls.
- Point of contact for vendor representatives and must have the ability to negotiate on a professional manner.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of knowledge of tractor trailer operations
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Minimum of 5 years budget experience
- Technical school certificate
- Ability to troubleshoot and evaluate options to determine a course of action
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
