Jenkins Plumbing is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Warranty Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and completing warranty repairs on newly constructed residential plumbing systems while providing outstanding customer service to homeowners, builders, and project managers.

Responsibilities

Perform warranty service calls on residential plumbing systems.
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues covered under warranty.
Troubleshoot leaks, fixture malfunctions, drainage issues, water heater concerns, and other plumbing-related problems.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and office staff.
Accurately document completed work, materials used, and service findings.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Identify recurring issues and communicate findings to management.
Represent Jenkins Plumbing in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications

Residential plumbing experience preferred.
Plumbing license is a plus but not required (depending on state requirements).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily service schedules.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in various environments, including crawl spaces and attics.
Basic knowledge of smartphones or tablets for work order documentation.

Preferred Skills

Experience with residential new construction plumbing.
Knowledge of plumbing codes and industry standards.
Ability to prioritize multiple service calls throughout the day.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
