We are looking for Waste Collection Drivers to provide services in Axarquía, in the municipalities of Rincón de la Victoria, Torrox, and Algarrobo (province of Málaga). The selected individuals will participate in the provision of urban waste collection services, contributing to the correct functioning of the service and the maintenance of optimal cleanliness and health conditions in the municipalities.

What you'll do

Operate waste collection trucks (side, rear, or top loading), complying with traffic and road safety regulations.

Support collection personnel in loading containers or bags when necessary, especially in rear-loading or manual loading services.

Faithfully follow the established routes and frequencies for collection, guaranteeing service coverage according to the contract.

Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after service (levels, tires, lights, hydraulic systems, etc.).

Collaborate in the cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle, reporting any anomaly or need for repair.

Transport collected waste to the authorized discharge point (treatment plant, landfill, etc.), following established protocols.

Complete work reports, route sheets, mileage control, and fuel consumption, according to internal procedures.

What we're looking for

Valid C-class driver's license.

Valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).

Nice to have

Specific training in Waste Collection, Management, and Treatment.

Education & certifications

Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO).

Necessary experience

Minimum accredited professional experience of between 1 and 3 years performing functions similar to those described.
