## Job Summary
The **Watch Designer** will be responsible for creating a cohesive house of watch archetypes from scratch, defining the brand’s design language, and translating concepts into production-ready specifications. ## Responsibilities
- Design the **archetypes** that define the entire house of watches, establishing a unique and recognizable brand identity.
- Convert conceptual ideas into **production-ready specifications**, including dials, cases, straps, and movements.
- Collaborate closely with **manufacturing partners** to move designs efficiently from sketches to shelf, ensuring quality and speed.
