Watch Technician

Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair analogue, quartz, digital, mechanical and smart watches.
  • Perform disassembly, component replacement, reassembly, and functional restoration of watch movements.
  • Conduct testing and quality checks using precision measuring equipment to ensure repair quality and product reliability.
  • Analyze malfunctioning products, identify root causes, and prepare technical findings where required.
  • Accurately assess repair costs and communicate recommendations to customers when necessary.
  • Handle technical enquiries from customers through service counters, email, and telephone communications.
  • Repair and support other Casio consumer products as assigned (training will be provided).

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in mechanical watch repair will be an added advantage.
  • Good eyesight, steady hand coordination, and strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for watches and a keen interest in technical repair work.
  • Able to perform delicate and intricate repair tasks independently with minimal supervision
  • Patient, meticulous, and quality-focused in all aspects of work.
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity, accountability, and reliability.
  • Customer service experience or customer-facing communication skills will be an advantage.
