Are you an experienced restoration professional ready to lead from the front, drive revenue, and take full ownership of job delivery? We are seeking a high-performing Water Damage Tech Crew Chief to manage our restoration projects from initial call to final sign-off.

What You Will Do:

• Sales & Estimating: Assess property damage, scope jobs, present solutions to property owners, and secure job signings.
• Complete Job Delivery: Manage the entire restoration process, including extraction, equipment setup, monitoring, teardown, and documentation.
• On-Call Rotation: Remain on call 24/7 every other week to respond promptly to after-hours emergency losses.
• Team Leadership: Direct on-site technicians, enforce safety protocols, and ensure strict compliance with industry standards.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record as a lead technician or crew chief in water mitigation.
• Certifications: IICRC WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) and IICRC Mold Remediation certifications are highly .
• Skills: Strong communication skills for customer sales, sharp problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with restoration management software (e.g., Xactimate).
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.
