Water Injection Engineer

The Water Injection Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing water injection systems to support enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and reservoir pressure maintenance. The role includes conducting hydraulic analysis and simulation modeling, monitoring system performance, optimizing injection efficiency, preparing engineering documentation, supporting commissioning and start-up activities, and ensuring compliance with HSE, environmental, and industry standards. The successful candidate will work closely with reservoir, production, and operations teams to improve field performance and mentor junior engineers.

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline; a Master's degree is an advantage. Minimum of 10 years of experience in water injection engineering within the Oil & Gas industry. Strong expertise in enhanced oil recovery (EOR), reservoir pressure maintenance, hydraulic analysis, water treatment systems, pipeline hydraulics, and injection well performance. Proficient in Aspen HYSYS, PIPEPHASE, OLGA, or equivalent simulation software. Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and troubleshooting skills. Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent certification is preferred.
