Water Management Executive
Uniservice FMS is seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Water Management SME to support our rapidly growing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all water-management functions across multiple client sites, ensuring smooth operation, compliance, and continuous improvement of STP, WTP, and swimming-pool systems.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage STP, WTP, swimming pool operations, and related water-management systems across all assigned sites.
Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of operational issues.
Drive upgradation and optimization efforts to improve system efficiency and performance.
Supervise and guide water-treatment operators at multiple sites; ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure system health, safety standards, and operational compliance.
Provide structured training, coaching, and skill development for operators and site teams.
Prepare operational reports, recommend preventive measures, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for seamless operations.
