FiberHome is seeking an experienced Water Meter Solutions Manager to support the development and delivery of smart metering and water utility projects across Brazil.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and operational knowledge of water meter deployment projects, including installation standards, construction practices, smart metering technologies, and utility customer engagement. This role combines business development, technical support, project coordination, and customer relationship management within Brazil's water and sanitation sector.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with water utilities, sanitation companies, contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
• Support business development activities related to smart metering and water utility infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical guidance regarding water meter installation standards, deployment methodologies, and construction requirements used by major Brazilian water utilities.
• Support project planning and execution, including construction efficiency, equipment selection, risk assessment, and installation quality control.
• Manage and monitor digital work-order processes, installation records, GPS data collection, meter registration, barcode verification, and project documentation.
• Assist in resolving field issues such as pipeline leaks, damaged meter boxes, installation constraints, and infrastructure compatibility challenges.
• Coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

O que Procuramos

• Experience with water meter deployment, smart metering projects, utility infrastructure, or water utility operations.
• Strong knowledge of installation standards and technical specifications adopted by major Brazilian water utility companies.
• Familiarity with digital work-order management systems and field service management platforms.
• Experience managing installation records, meter readings, GPS positioning, barcode validation, and field data collection processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues encountered during meter installation and field operations.
• Experience working directly with water utilities, sanitation companies, contractors, or infrastructure service providers.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
