Job responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for water loss
- Create and upload Xactimate estimate
- Coordinate with customers, in house technicians, and insurance adjusters throughout entire process
Job requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Will need to have the ability to take new losses and dispatch after hours on a rotational basis
- Proficient with Google Apps (particularly Sheets)
- Familiar with Google Drive
- Ability to pass background checks
- Proficient with Xactimate a plus
- Experience with industry specific programs like Restore 365 and DASH a plus
